Our Vision
Risk ManagementRisk Management is the process to identify project risks as early as possible; analyze those risks to assure that effort and energy is being expended on those critical risk areas; plan to resolve and mitigate those risks; and manage those risks throughout the life cycle of the project. A number of tools can be used in this process - establishing phased approval cycles, robust decision making to highlight those key areas that impact the project, developing risk probabilities and impacts, and analyzing for potential problems and opportunities. |
Quality ManagementQuality Management is a given on any project. Often it is relegated to being only inspection or Quality Control. True Quality Management is customer driven. It is the establishment of a communications and review plan with the project client; the development of appropriate project specifications understood and accepted by all; and the creation of a monitoring program that will assure that the specifications are being used, met and improved if necessary. The outcome of a Quality Management approach is continuous improvement, allowing the project to perform at a higher level. |

do, or dream you can, begin it; boldness has genius, power and
magic in it. -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe |

Change ManagementIn every project the one constant is change. Yet change, while important for growth, can be a disaster for a project. Not only do changes impact cost, but the very nature of compounding impact can and does affect the integrity of a project. Change Management is a direct outcome of Risk Management; by knowing our critical areas we can establish a Management of Change process to monitor and manage the changes that do and must occur on a project. Proactive management of change will offer true integrity protection and project assurance. |
Project Integrity ReviewProject Integrity Review is a key integrating process in the project integrity approach – it closes the Integrity Square. Similar to an audit, the project integrity review is a peer lead review of the project, established to provide assurance to the project customer that all integrity areas have been considered and are being appropriately applied. For this activity to be the most effective it must be timely, and generally it is coordinated to be performed at key project decision points. |
