Every day we are bombarded with news about the loss of integrity; people or companies promise integrity, but deliver much less. Projects are no different, with costs rising, schedules missed and projects just not working – integrity is also missing here.
Project integrity is an essential approach and tool for all of those who are involved in any kind of project. Any time we create something or change something we engage in a project activity. All of these share the common theme of meeting costs, being on time and achieving our intended objectives.
The mission of Integrity1 is to assist projects in the delivery of project integrity through the definition and implementation of four key elements, the four sides of the integrity square – Risk Management, Change Management, Quality Management and Project Integrity Reviews.
